awful customer service I had ordered 3 items, I went to the shop to collect them and that is when the shop assistant informed me that they had run out of one of the items. I think this should have been communicated in advance so that I could have either cancelled the order or looked for the item elsewhere.

It is a big hobby shop, if you are into modelling you can't find a lot but fir handcraft it is very nice.

I would like to address to the owners Magia and Mihalis of what I was told at the store...I would like to point out that the customer service is not there at all...It is a shame to see a pretty shop and not to see helpful staff...I have called and I have walked in to ask different info..but no effort made...The people give one the impression that they are not interested in customers needs ..such a shame..one would hesitate to visit again.
